H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability Team at a prime coastal location.

The role ensures safety, efficiency, and reliability of plant operations through strategic maintenance leadership and asset integrity management. Responsibilities include developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, overseeing maintenance execution, root cause analyses, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize uptime and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Maintenance/ Reliability Engineering in chemical, refinery or PSM regulated plants.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary maintenance/reliability team.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle optimization and reliability systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor asset performance metrics.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to maximize uptime.
• Manage CMMS performance, spare parts inventory, and scheduling systems.
• Support capital projects, participate in design reviews, and oversee new equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, and ISO standards.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary maintenance/reliability team.
• Guide Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and implement actions.
• Promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
