Air Products seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across West Gulf Coast HYCO facilities. You will drive consistency, improve reliability, optimize costs, and develop maintenance talent regionally.
This role reports to the North America Maintenance Manager and collaborates with Operations, Engineering and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient plant performance and alignment with long-term business goals.

Reimagine What’s Possible Air Products is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization supporting production facilities across the West Gulf Coast HYCO Subregion. This role is responsible for driving consistency in maintenance execution, improving plant reliability, optimizing maintenance costs, and developing maintenance talent across the region. The successful candidate will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance while supporting the long‑term business objectives of the organization. This position reports to the North America Maintenance Manager.
