Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance and Reliability Team at a coastal plant location. The role drives safety, efficiency, and asset integrity across plant operations and capital projects.

Responsibilities include developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, overseeing CMMS and spare parts, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team while ensuring OSHA/API/ASME/ISO compliance and PHAs execution.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in Maintenance/Reliability Engineering including team management in chemical, refinery, or PSM plants.
• Proven expertise in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Proficient with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Able to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary maintenance and reliability team.
• Facilitate PHAs and implement recommended actions.
• Promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree with 8+ years of experience in Maintenance/ Reliability Engineer including Team Management in chemical, refinery, or a related PSM regulated plants.
• Demonstrated expertise in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Able to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship.
