Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations operations across construction projects and business groups in the Western region. The role focuses on administering CBAs/PLAs, guiding project teams on compliance, and resolving employee relations matters.

The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with unions, coordinating workforce planning, and delivering training. This is a fully remote role with location expectations discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources
• Minimum 5 years in heavy industrial construction/projects with unions
• Proven CBA/PLA administration experience
• Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Public speaking, presentation, and training abilities

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs and other labor agreements
• Interpret labor contracts and laws for project teams and Legal Counsel
• Assist with investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel
• Maintain positive relationships with local and regional union leadership
• Coordinate start-up activities including workforce planning and trainings
• Maintain labor relations records and databases
