Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Project Manager to support the TSA. The role is primarily remote, with on-site expectations in Springfield, VA and some travel. You will lead a large 24x7 Service Desk, oversee advanced agent support, and ensure high-quality IT service delivery across multiple tiers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field with 2–5 years IT project management experience and is eligible for a Public Trust clearance. Strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a related field with 2–5 years IT project management experience.
• Experience leading a large 24x7x365 Service Desk for 85K users.
• Public Trust clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a large 24x7x365 Service Desk operation across Tier 0–Tier 2.
• Oversees advanced agent support including remote desktop and AD testing.
• Maintains Service Desk KB and documents work in the ITSM tool.
• Implements SR priority/escalation matrices; audits and reports.
• Delivers exceptional VIP support and improves service processes.
• Plans major technology assignments and guides performance improvements.
