GovCIO is hiring a Project Manager to support the TSA. This position is located in Springfield, VA and may require intermittent travel, but will primarily be remote.

The role leads a large 24x7 Service Desk, overseeing VIP support and ITSM processes, with responsibility for incident, problem, and change coordination across Tier 0–2, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in related field; 2-5 years IT project management experience.
• Experience leading a large 24x7x365 Service Desk for 85K+ users.
• Clearance: ability to maintain Public Trust clearance.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a large 24x7x365 Service Desk operation.
• Oversee advanced agent support including remote desktop and AD.
• Troubleshoot OS and COTS issues; maintain Service Desk KB.
• Document work in ITSM tool; manage SR priorities and escalations.
• Provide VIP support and audit VIP requests.
