• Deep understanding of the local Connecticut insurance market and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals through hands-on coaching and support.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence and client base throughout the region.
• Foster a collaborative office environment where individual growth and collective success go hand-in-hand.
• Identify and pursue partnerships that align with our values and provide value to our community.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to help agents reach their full potential.
• Represent our agency at local events and professional gatherings to strengthen our reputation.
