The Atlantic District in Hartford is seeking a General Agent to lead and coach a team of insurance agents. You will recruit, train, and mentor, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and community engagement.

You will oversee daily operations, analyze local market trends, and collaborate with the home office to implement new sales processes and agent development programs. A strong license and proven sales background are essential.

Qualifications

• Connecticut Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for workshops.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales initiatives in Hartford.
