Job summary

USGBC is seeking a Program Manager for the School IAQ program in the Southwest. This remote, grant-funded role supports K-12 districts with training, plans, and mentorship to advance cleaner indoor air and energy efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Center for Green Schools, lead regional initiatives, and manage fellowship programs, ensuring outreach to low-income and Tribal communities. Excellent program management and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in IAQ, energy efficiency, or related fields.
• Experience with K-12 school systems or district operations preferred.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional plans for IAQ and energy efficiency across the Southwest.
• Deliver regional trainings, virtual and in-person, and provide technical assistance.
• Recruit district participants and manage fellowship and internship activities.
