Job summary

U.S. Green Building Council is seeking a Regional Program Manager for the School Indoor Air Quality Program (Southwest) to support EPA-funded efforts improving IAQ and energy efficiency in K-12 schools.

You’ll report to the Program Director and collaborate with CFGS staff to deliver regionally relevant training and coaching. Based remotely in AZ, CA, OK, TX, you’ll travel within the Southwest, recruit districts, supervise interns, and guide fellows through the School Air Quality Fellowship,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of work experience in school IAQ, energy efficiency, or related field.
• Experience with K-12 school districts and green building practices.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with regional school staff on IAQ and energy efficiency in the Southwest region.
• Develop and implement plans to recruit and retain district participants.
• Provide regionally-relevant training, technical assistance, and educational materials.
