Job summary

USGBC's Center for Green Schools is seeking a Regional Program Manager for the School IAQ Southwest program to support EPA-funded efforts to improve indoor air quality and energy efficiency in K-12 districts.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will deliver regional IAQ trainings, provide technical assistance, recruit districts, manage fellowships and mini-grants, and collaborate with national staff to adapt resources for regional needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IAQ, energy efficiency, or related field.
• Experience with and knowledge of day-to-day operational needs of public K-12 schools or districts.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver coaching.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• LEED credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage regional school staff for IAQ and energy efficiency initiatives in the Southwest region.
• Develop and implement plans to recruit and retain district participants.
• Provide regionally relevant training, technical assistance, and materials for EE IAQ management.
• Travel within the region to conduct meetings and trainings and present at events.
• Support logistics of the School Air Quality Fellowship and manage mini-grant funding.
