Job summary

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) seeks a Full-Time Regional Program Manager for the School Indoor Air Quality Program in the Southwest. This remote, grant-funded role supports K-12 districts with IAQ and energy efficiency planning, training, and coaching.

You will lead regionally-relevant trainings, coordinate Fellows and interns, manage travel logistics, and help districts develop district-wide IAQ plans while advancing CFGS’s mission of sustainable, healthy learning environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in K-12 education settings or school districts.
• Knowledge of sustainable built environment and green building practices.
• Experience building relationships with professional stakeholders.
• Experience training and coaching districts on IAQ and energy efficiency.
• Strong organizational, data management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regionally-relevant training and coaching for K-12 staff on IAQ and energy efficiency.
• Develop plans and materials for district-level EE IAQ management.
• Travel within the Southwest for meetings and trainings; represent CFGS in regional events.
• Guide Fellows, interns, and staff through training, credentialing, and mentorship.
• Administer logistics, reimbursements, and program coordination.
