Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks a Regional Growth Director to lead and grow patient membership across multiple markets. You will manage Market Growth Teams, collaborate with Medicare Advantage plans, FMOs, and brokers, and oversee staffing, recruitment, and training across markets.

The role requires 5+ years in management and 4+ years in sales, with preference for experience serving seniors. Driver's license is required and you will report to the VP of Growth & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience, preferably with a Medicare Advantage plan, FMO/benefits broker, or provider.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience working with seniors or the medically underserved preferred.
• A passion for mentorship and team-development, particularly across multiple functional areas.
• A valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, coaching and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team.
• Relentlessly pursuing that team's monthly growth targets through strong leadership and coaching.
• Adhering to market budget requirements and tracking through SalesForce (CRM).
• Developing productive relationships with local leaders of Medicare Advantage plans, FMOs/independent brokers, and community organizations.
• Leading the execution of market outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Advocating for markets, teams, and members and reporting to Executive Leadership Team.
• Being an ambassador in local communities by living ArchWell Health values and building relationships with providers and marketing partners.
