Louisiana Fish Fry, Ltd. is seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution growth across the Midwest grocery channel. This is a 100% remote role with travel to customer locations and occasional travel to the Baton Rouge office.

You will drive profitable volume, manage relationships with retail headquarters and brokers, and use syndicated data to maximize trade spend ROI. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on execution in-store.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience with grocery accounts.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and broker/distributor management.
• Strong analytical skills using syndicated data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and analysis.
• Travel up to 30%–50% within the region.

• Develop and execute sales plans to grow volume, revenue and profit in the region.
• Manage relationships with retail HQs and brokers to secure distribution and shelf placement.
• Direct broker teams to ensure account plans, retail execution and promotions.
• Oversee trade spend budget and negotiate pricing within guardrails.
• Utilize Nielsen/IRI/SPINS and internal portals to analyze performance and opportunities.
• Conduct in-store audits and ensure merchandising compliance and pricing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance on launches and demand forecasting.
