Job summary

Louisiana Fish Fry Products is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest and National Business Development. This remote role covers national and multi-unit Foodservice opportunities, with travel across the Midwest and nationally as needed.

You will lead regional growth, manage broker partnerships, and drive distributor relationships to expand distribution and menu solutions. A strong background in Foodservice sales and channel development is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of Foodservice sales experience.
Experience with national or multi-unit account development.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close national and multi-unit Foodservice opportunities with emphasis on chains, convenience, hospitality, and other high-volume segments.
Own the sales process from prospecting to launch and follow-up.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and position products as valuable menu solutions.
Develop LTOs and new-item opportunities for long-term account growth.
Lead broker partnerships and coordinate with distributors for national launches.
