The Hershey Company in Cleveland, OH is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Associate. You will drive a personal vehicle across assigned stores to ensure 100% distribution of Hershey products, build displays, and maintain merchandising plans.

This remote role requires travel to store locations and reporting through tablets. Work 20-25 hours weekly with a flexible schedule between 6:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Competenze

• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Auto insurance permitting business use with required limits.
• Territory boundaries must be within listed locations.
• Able to drive long distances for daily sales calls.
• Able to lift 10-40 lbs regularly.
• Able to use tablet technology.
• Daily access to wireless internet.
• Flexibility to changes in territory coverage.
• 20-25 hours per week availability.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 3-4 years food merchandising preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all “authorized” Hershey Items in assigned territory.
• Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions.
• Report daily activities via tablets and submit at end of each day.
