Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (Salem, OR) to drive growth across assigned stores. This remote role travels to store locations, with mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile. Expect 20-25 hours weekly, 6-10+ accounts per day, and flexible scheduling within core hours.

Starting hourly rate is $16.50–$17.50, depending on location and experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle, plus the ability to lift 10–40 lbs and use a tablet

Competenze

• Must have a valid US state-issued drivers license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must reside within the territory or be willing to commute.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs and perform field activities.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey items in the assigned territory.
• Merchandise to meet Retail Execution Plan and display standards.
• Report weekly activity, expenses and account changes.
• Manage daily activities and reports using tablets.
