Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking a Regional Business Director, Gastroenterology for the Great Lakes region. This remote US role leads 7–10 ABMs, drives Dupixent in gastroenterology, and coordinates with Regeneron and cross-functional teams to implement the national launch plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare/biopharmaceutical sales with proven results.
• Minimum 3 years field management experience.
• BA/BS degree in life sciences or business.
• Ability to travel; valid driver's license; reside in the geographic region.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Motivates, trains, develops and leads an accomplished team of ABMs to achieve and exceed business goals within the region.
• Identify, interview, hire, and deploy a sales team for future indication of Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE).
• Strengthen the performance of Dupixent, specifically within Gastroenterologists.
• Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull through, local speaker development, promotional programming, samples and budget management for the region.
• Develop regional business plans based on national sales goals and resources; allocate regional strategies and tactics.
• Prepare regional business reviews for senior leadership; stay expert on clinical data and market trends.
• Spend majority of time in the field with ABMs to coach and provide feedback.
• Establish relationships with key customers and collaborate with other leaders to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
