MADD is seeking a fundraising professional to lead revenue generation across Florida, planning and executing state-wide events and building strong donor partnerships. The role requires deep collaboration with the Regional Development Director and travel up to 40% to counties across Central Florida.

The expected salary is $60,000 and the position is remote with Florida residency required. The candidate will manage contractors and volunteers, track results in Salesforce, and drive growth by

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience raising revenue >$200k depending on state size.
• Proven track record in development and donor cultivation.
• Experience planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Achieve fundraising revenue targets for the state or area.
• Plan and execute state and area-level fundraising events.
• Develop goals, analyze event effectiveness, solicit sponsors/donors.
• Manage contractors, vendors, sponsors, employees, and volunteers.
• Oversee large-scale state events (walks, fundraising events).
• Cultivate relationships with donors, corporate partners, foundations.
• Meet fundraising targets and expand donor base.
