Job summary

Ducks Unlimited has an opening for a Full-Time Regional Director of Event Fundraising for Central Florida. This remote position requires the candidate to live in the Orlando metropolitan area and oversee all facets of event fundraising in the region.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, managing event-related volunteer efforts, and driving regional growth through new chapters and donor opportunities, with coordination across the Florida fundraising team.

Qualifications

• BA or BS from an accredited institution is required.
• Aptitude for building and managing relationships with volunteers and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and familiarity with the Internet; ability to adapt to Ducks Unlimited information systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and training of volunteers for fundraising events.
• Managing volunteer efforts in support of Ducks Unlimited fundraising events.
• Fostering growth within the region through chapter development and identifying fundraising opportunities.
• Coordination and collaboration with the Florida fundraising team and volunteers.
