Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a regional operations leader to drive service excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial accountability across multiple sites. The role includes mentoring on-site managers, implementing controls, and leading strategic initiatives to optimize operations.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in healthcare facilities management, strong MS Office skills, and a background in Lean/Six Sigma. Remote work is available with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or management OR 15+ years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) preferred.
• Experience 10-15 years healthcare facilities management or outsourcing; knowledge of hospital operations and facility systems; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holds full responsibility for service excellence, regulatory compliance, and budgets across multiple sites.
• Leads and coaches on-site managers; drives performance and controls to meet service goals.
• Conducts site reviews to identify deficiencies and implements corrective actions with leadership feedback.
• Fosters client relationships through site visits, business reviews, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partners with executives to drive regional innovation and promote the Medxcel brand.
