Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and review maintenance, inspections, and inventories.
• Work with on-site team and Regional Manager to address deficiencies promptly.
• Reinforce environmental safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements while maintaining quality.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and training.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for makeready and workorder completion; collaborate on improvements.
