Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of virtual and live events across the Americas, including summits, talks, webinars, and hospitality activations. You will own the regional events calendar and coordinate cross-functional campaigns with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B event marketing, strong project management, and the ability to travel 10%+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience.
• Hands-on management of virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel 10%+ and adapt to fast-paced live event execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs including virtual customer experiences, digital series, online communities, and executive briefings.
• Own the coordination of event campaign creation and partner with field marketing on sales enablement; work with marketing ops on landing pages and emails.
• Serve as the central communications hub across marketing, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Own the regional marketing calendar and ensure alignment with the AMER marketing plan.
• Track program performance across attendee engagement, pipeline influence, NPS, and brand sentiment.
• Develop post-event insights and recommendations to continuously elevate the event portfolio.
