Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of virtual and live events across the Americas, including summits, talks, webinars, and hospitality activations. You will partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing to manage the regional events calendar and cross-functional campaign timing.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B event marketing, strong project management, and travel suitability (10%+).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience, including hands-on management of virtual and live events.
• Experience managing event logistics end to end, including platform setup, registration, speaker coordination, venue sourcing, catering, signage, swag, and on-site execution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs including customer experiences, digital engagement series, and virtual briefings.
• Coordinate event campaign creation, enable Sales through field marketing, and collaborate with marketing operations on event pages and communications.
• Serve as the central hub for timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
• Own the regional marketing calendar and ensure alignment with the AMER marketing plan.
• Track program performance across attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
• Develop post-event insights and recommendations to elevate the event portfolio.
