Job summary

Tenna is seeking a Regional Account Executive based in O‘ahu, Hawaii, to drive new business within a defined geographic territory. The role focuses on hunting, selling, and closing enterprise software deals with C-level executives and field teams, while coordinating a full sales cycle from prospecting to contracts.

You will travel up to 70% to meet prospects and deliver product demonstrations, draft proposals, and negotiate contracts as part of Tenna’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related majors is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries.
• 7+ years’ experience managing all aspects of the sales cycle and closing deals.
• Strong experience selling to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns acquisition of and closes new business for assigned geographic territories or states.
• Leads product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Negotiates contracts and drafts proposals.
• Develops outreach strategies and uses CRM to track progress.
• Travels up to 70% to meet with customers and prospects.
