Pepperl+Fuchs, Inc. is seeking a Regional Distributor Support Manager to drive sales growth through our distributor network. You will collaborate with regional sales teams, optimize the channel, and enhance partner capabilities to expand customer access to industrial automation solutions.

The role emphasizes distributor relationship building, pricing strategy, and ensuring alignment with company policies while traveling up to 50% to support partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience supporting distributor channel partners.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial automation sales experience and knowledge of channel management strategies.
• Experience working with distribution channel partners and supporting their needs.
• Expert level proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales with channel partners and maximize performance.
• Track projects and analyze accounts to maintain pricing competitiveness.
• Attend and support distributor activities: launches, calls, trainings, trade shows.
• Contribute to marketing plans for distribution.
• Recommend discount and authorization levels to ensure policy compliance.
• Support product line through distributor channels and mentor specialists.
• Present new product solutions to existing accounts and new markets.
