Job summary

Molex is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth and distributor engagement across electrical and industrial markets. You will partner with DCAMs, sales reps, product management, and marketing to grow product adoption and advise on local market needs.

The role emphasizes field engagement, end-user support, and strong product knowledge with the ability to influence distributor teams. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of electrical or industrial products (connectors, wire management, control systems, etc.).
• 3-5+ years in a sales engineering, field sales, distribution, or industrial sales role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Molex field contact for distribution branches within the assigned region.
• Build strong relationships with branch managers, counter teams, inside/outside sales, and regional distribution leadership.
• Conduct regular branch reviews, training sessions, product line walkthroughs, and joint sales calls.
• Ensure local execution of national and corporate distributor agreements.
