Molex seeks a remote Distribution Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth through distributor engagement, field sales activity, and technical product knowledge. You will partner with DCAM, sales reps, and product teams to expand Molex interconnect solutions at the local level.
This role requires deep electrical/industrial product understanding, 3–5+ years in sales-related roles, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote field setting.
Location: Remote (assigned U.S. sales region)
Travel: Up to 50% - branch visits, rep meetings, end-user visits, events
The Distribution Sales Manager (DSM) is a customer-facing, regionally assigned sales and technical support role focused on enabling revenue growth through electrical interconnect product knowledge, distributor branch engagement, and field sales activity. The DSE partners closely with the Distribution Corporate Account Manager (DCAM), Sales Representatives, Product Management, and Marketing to drive Molex product adoption at the local level. The ideal candidate blends strong technical understanding of Molex industrial and electrical products with consultative selling skills and the ability to influence distributor branch teams and end users.
For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000- $125,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
