Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced sales and relationship-management professional to drive acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management across a defined territory. You will build trusted relationships with financial consultants, branch leaders and regional partners to tailor engagement and drive outcomes.

You will act as a strategic partner to help advisors identify client needs, position investment solutions, and educate on investment concepts.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Substantial experience in consultative sales, business development or relationship management.
• Experience in financial services, wealth/investment management, or related field.
• Ability to explain investment concepts in clear language.
• Ability to travel and manage a dispersed territory.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions across the territory.
• Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants and branch leaders.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to identify client needs and position solutions.
• Join advisor meetings to educate on investment strategies and solutions.
• Develop knowledge of investment philosophies, portfolio construction and holdings.
• Create and deliver sales ideas, updates and market-informed education.
• Lead branch education and rollout of new products and initiatives.
• Develop in-market client events, branch meetings, and webinars.
