Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced relationship-builder and sales professional to own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions across the territory. You will translate investment concepts into clear conversations and tailor engagement to branch and advisor needs.

This telecommute role requires strong judgment, frequent travel, and the ability to present investment strategies to advisors and clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and CRM usage are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Substantial experience in consultative sales, business development or relation­ship management.
• Experience in financial services, wealth or investment management.
• Ability to communicate investment concepts clearly and build trust with advisors.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management and related offerings across the territory.
• Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to identify client needs and position investment solutions.
• Join advisor meetings to educate on investment strategies and solutions.
• Lead education events and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a coordinated experience.
• Use CRM and BI tools to manage opportunities and analyze regional trends.
