Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced relationship-builder and sales professional to acquire and grow opportunities among Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners across the territory. You will translate investment concepts into clear client conversations and position solutions to address advisor needs while traveling regularly.

This telecommute role requires active FINRA Series 7/66, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in consultative sales and wealth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Substantial experience in consultative sales, business development or relationship management.
• Strong investment product knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and growth for managed investing solutions across the territory.
• Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to identify client needs and position solutions.
• Join meetings to educate on investment strategies and solutions.
• Lead education and rollout of products and key initiatives.
• Use CRM and BI tools to manage opportunities and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for a coordinated client experience.
