Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an experienced relationship-builder and sales professional to expand asset management solutions across a defined US territory. This telecommute role requires regular travel to advisor offices, branch leadership, and regional partners to educate on investment solutions and opportunities.

You will partner with WAMS and WAS teams, leverage Salesforce and Tableau for pipeline management, and travel to client meetings and events.

Qualifications

Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven track record in consultative sales and relationship management.
Strong knowledge of investment concepts and portfolio constructs.

Responsibilities

Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management and select third-party offerings in the territory.
Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
Act as strategic thought partner to identify client needs and position investment solutions.
Join advisor meetings to educate on investment strategies and solutions.
Lead in-market client events, branch education, and product rollouts.
Use Salesforce and Tableau to manage opportunities and analyze trends.
Travel regularly across the territory and coordinate with internal partners.
