Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an experienced relationship-builder and sales professional to grow asset management solutions across a defined territory. You will translate investment concepts into clear client conversations, build trusted advisor relationships and connect the right solutions to client needs.

This telecommute role requires regular travel within the territory and living within the territory bounds.

Qualifications

Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Substantial experience in consultative sales, business development or relationship management.

Responsibilities

Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions across territory.
Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
Act as strategic thought partner to identify prospective clients and position investment solutions.
Join advisor meetings to educate on investment strategies and solutions.
Develop knowledge of investment philosophies, portfolio construction and product features.
Create and deliver sales ideas, product updates and market-informed education.
Lead branch education and rollout of new products and initiatives.
Develop in-market client events and webinars.
Use Salesforce/Tableau to manage opportunities and analyze trends.
Collaborate across WAMS and with partners for a coordinated experience.
Manage territory with regular travel and branch visits.
