Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced relationship-building sales professional to acquire and grow Schwab Asset Management offerings across a defined territory. This telecommute role requires living within the territory and regular travel to advisor offices.

You will build durable partnerships with financial consultants and branch leaders, translate investment concepts, and lead education sessions. Proficiency in investment products and a consultative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Substantial experience in consultative sales or relationship management with a track record of results.
• Experience in financial services and wealth management with investment product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions across the territory.
• Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
• Act as a strategic partner to identify client needs and position investment solutions.
• Join advisor meetings to provide education on investment strategies and products.
• Develop knowledge of investment philosophies, portfolios, holdings and risks.
• Create sales ideas and market-informed education to simplify concepts.
• Lead branch education and roll out new products and initiatives.
• Develop in-market client events and webinars; manage opportunities with CRM tools.
• Collaborate across WAMS and with business development, wealth management, marketing and product.
• Travel regularly within territory to visit branches and clients.
