Job summary

WorldStrides is the global leader in educational travel and experiential learning. The Regional Director, Campus Partnerships, Southeast will serve as the primary liaison to U.S.

partner colleges and universities, driving lead generation, program development, enrollment growth, and revenue goals for WorldStrides Higher Ed. Reporting to the Director, Campus Partnerships, you will recruit study abroad students in your territory, manage university relationships, and supervise student ambassadors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
• Clear and empathetic communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of adaptability, flexibility, and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously within collaborative team environment.
• Home office required in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive awareness and understanding of ISA and TEAN's relationship with U.S. partners in your territory.
• Follow standards of best practices in education abroad and engage with the field through conferences and presentations.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve enrollment and revenue goals for the territory.
• Supervise undergraduate student Global Ambassadors and/or Peer Advisors in the region.
• Travel approximately 70-90 days per year to campuses, events, and conferences.
