Job summary

WorldStrides, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to advise and support students in Higher Education programs within a defined region. You will guide applicants from their initial submission through departure, maintaining proactive contact with families and U.S. university partners.

The role emphasizes effective communication, cross-cultural interaction, and meticulous program logistics, with optional domestic travel and a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong interest in international education and student development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with detail orientation.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support students from application through departure.
• Maintain proactive communication with families and university partners.
• Review eligibility and advise on academics, housing, visas, and budgeting.
• Coordinate pre-departure orientations and arrival materials.
• Participate in program-wide on-call rotation about once per year.
