Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking a senior leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of a nationwide portfolio of educational programs. This role partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Technology/IT, and HR to align priorities, optimize costs, and deliver exceptional educational experiences for students and families.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-site programs.
• Strong business and financial acumen with cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a nationwide portfolio of educational programs.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing Program Operations team.
• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of programs.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and implement solutions.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Monitor enrollment, financial results, and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and high participant satisfaction (NPS).
• Direct workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
