Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking a senior leader to oversee Program Operations, driving end-to-end delivery of complex educational programs and delivering exceptional experiences for students and families.

The role partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Technology/IT, and HR to optimize processes, scale operations, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel and summer season on-call responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with organizational change management and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-site, remote or seasonal workforces.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a nationwide portfolio of educational programs and drive operational strategies that improve quality and participant outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Program Operations team; shape future structure and capabilities.
• Foster collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Technology/IT, and HR to align priorities and innovate.
• Balance cost, feasibility, timelines, and quality in program development and decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including staffing, logistics, housing, training, and communications.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI-enabled improvements, and scalable workflows.
• Monitor enrollment trends, financial results, KPIs, and safety/quality standards to drive continuous improvement.
• Direct workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for staff and seasonal roles.
