WorldStrides is seeking a Program Manager to advise, convert, and support students in Higher Education programs across a region. You will guide students from application through departure, ensuring a smooth and informed journey studying abroad. Ongoing communication with students, families, and U.S. university partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong interest in international education and student development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Student advising and case management from application through departure.
• Maintain proactive communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Review eligibility of applications for designated program locations.
• Advise students on academics, housing, visas, budgeting, and program logistics.
• Coordinate with families and U.S. university partners.
