Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Regional Director for Central US (TX, CO, NM, AZ, OK) to drive growth, lead cross-functional teams, and strengthen strategic accounts in transplant services. You will manage TAMs, CLs, and MSLs, build executive relationships, and deliver revenue targets while partnering with Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.

Travel 50-75% is required; the role reports to the Sr Area Director and offers a competitive base salary with incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Minimum 5 years sales management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience selling into hospitals, hospital/health systems, and/or enterprise-level accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and build strong client relationships across the geography.
• Lead, manage, and coach a field team (TAMs, DSS) to achieve objectives.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report performance to executives.
• Develop strategic account plans and execute initiatives to gain market share.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs, and Operations.
