Peskind Executive Search partners with a fast-growing technology company serving law enforcement and public safety. The Regional Deployment Lead will support agencies across the Eastern United States, enabling adoption of AI-driven investigative technology and advanced analytics.

This highly autonomous, field-oriented role emphasizes relationship building, on-site and remote deployments, training, and ongoing adoption.

Qualifications

• Prior Military experience is required.
• Background in military operations, intelligence, investigations, or program implementation is advantageous.
• Experience working with or supporting law enforcement agencies is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new hardware, software, and investigative technologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for law enforcement agencies in the assigned territory, building relationships with command staff and technical personnel.
• Coordinate and support demonstrations, pilots, onboarding, and deployments.
• Work with agency personnel to ensure successful implementation, training, and adoption of the technology.
• Understand customer workflows and requirements to deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues with internal teams as needed.
• Manage multiple agency relationships and deployment initiatives across the region.
• Support customers throughout the engagement lifecycle from initial implementation to ongoing adoption and expansion.
• Identify opportunities to extend deployments to additional departments or agencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Travel regularly to customer locations across the Eastern United States.
