About the Opportunity

Peskind Executive Search is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a rapidly expanding technology company delivering advanced investigative and forensic intelligence solutions to law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Our client leverages artificial intelligence, cloud-based technology, and advanced forensic capabilities to help public safety organizations accelerate investigations, improve information sharing, and achieve better operational outcomes.

We are seeking a Regional Deployment Lead to support customer relationships, technology deployments, and operational adoption across the Western United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hands-on professional with strong operational instincts, technical curiosity, and the ability to build trusted relationships with law enforcement personnel.

Military and law enforcement backgrounds are particularly attractive, although candidates with relevant experience in public safety technology, implementation, training, or field operations will also be considered.

This is an individual contributor position, not a traditional sales or people-management role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies throughout the Western United States.

  • Act as the primary customer-facing representative during technology deployments, pilot programs, and ongoing operational engagements.

  • Coordinate onsite demonstrations, implementation planning, technical discussions, and training initiatives.

  • Work closely with investigators, command staff, crime scene personnel, IT departments, and other agency stakeholders.

  • Help agencies integrate new technology into their existing investigative and operational workflows.

  • Provide hands-on deployment support, user training, basic troubleshooting, and ongoing customer assistance.

  • Manage multiple customer relationships and implementation projects across a large geographic territory.

  • Partner with internal technical, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and ensure customer success.

  • Monitor technology adoption and help agencies maximize the operational value of deployed solutions.

  • Recognize opportunities to expand successful programs into additional departments, agencies, and jurisdictions.

  • Travel extensively throughout the Western United States to support customer engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Prior military experience required.

  • Experience in special operations, military intelligence, criminal investigations, technical instruction, field operations, or program deployment is highly desirable.

  • Background supporting government or law enforcement customers is advantageous.

  • Comfortable working directly with both senior leadership and frontline operational personnel.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn, demonstrate, and troubleshoot new technologies.

  • Experience with technical training, equipment deployment, customer implementation, or operational program development is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Self-motivated individual contributor capable of managing a territory and working independently.

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing organization.

  • Willing and able to travel approximately 50–80% throughout the assigned territory.

Why This Opportunity?
  • Join a fast-growing technology company working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, forensic intelligence, and public safety.

  • Make a direct impact by helping law enforcement agencies improve investigative effectiveness.

  • Work with innovative technology designed to support real-world criminal investigations.

  • Build lasting relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement organizations.

  • Enjoy significant autonomy and ownership of customer relationships throughout a regional territory.

  • Gain valuable experience in an emerging technology sector with meaningful opportunities for career development.

No traditional sales background is required. The ideal candidate is a driven, adaptable professional who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, training others, and ensuring successful technology adoption.
