Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Dairy Account Manager to serve as the primary Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition representative, managing relationships with large ruminant producers and their network of influencers.

The role is remote with occasional in-person meetings, covering CA and AZ from the Fresno region. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in the ruminant or equivalent industry, a BS/MS in a related field, and a proven track record of growth while building strategic customer

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in related fields preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience selling in the ruminant or equivalent industry.
• Proven track record of top and bottom line growth.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defined sales targets for accelerated growth in the region.
• Maintain productive business relationships with ruminant producers that result in increased sales.
• Identify and develop relationships with influencers to penetrate additional farms.
• Use account plans to deliver customer and influencer needs (financial advice, product information, training, data) to support sales.
• Maintain CRM records and communicate distribution requirements; travel 40–60%.
