Job summary
MedCap Health is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to lead clinical strategy for post-acute care across multiple states. This fully remote, full-time role reports to executive leadership and focuses on designing and expanding consult services, mentoring clinicians, and ensuring compliance with CMS and state regulations.

Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required.
- 10+ years of NP experience in PALTC, SNF, or LTACH settings.
- 5+ years in leadership, education, or program development.
- Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or infectious disease.
- Proven success building and leading NPP teams.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and value-based care.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, launch, and expansion of consult services across multiple states.
- Define clinical protocols and oversee quality metrics.
- Mentor providers and manage multi-site operations.
- Monitor CMS and state compliance and lead RCA when needed.
- Align strategy with quality, workforce development, and operational execution.
