Job summary

TWF is seeking former clinical leaders to join as independent consultants. This remote engagement focuses on the Southeast behavioral health sector, with a NC-state emphasis and a dotted-line reporting path to the Founder.

You will bring senior clinical experience to scale operations within our advisory practice. The role offers an hourly rate with no base salary, and includes a 10% referral fee on first-year revenue from sourced clients, plus potential phantom equity and long-term founding-team

Qualifications

• Former Clinical Directors, Medical Directors, Chief Clinical Officers, VP Clinical Services, or Executive Directors at CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, hospital BH service lines, MSOs, or state BH authorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage as an independent consultant to the HR Advisory Division Lead with a dotted line to the Founder.
• Provide strategic clinical leadership consulting on a per-engagement basis as a 1099 contractor.
• Negotiate terms including hourly rate, referral fee, phantom equity options, and public credit on the advisor page.
