American Red Cross in the United States is seeking a Regional Client Care Manager for the Idaho-Montana Region. The role is primarily work from home, with preferred offices in Boise, Missoula, or Billings, and focuses on building and sustaining a volunteer-led workforce to support families affected by disasters.

You will ensure staff understand national policies, deploy solutions across disaster cycles, and collaborate with internal partners to strengthen community resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building and leading volunteer teams for social services.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Empower a diverse volunteer team to implement disaster cycle services throughout the region.
• Lead program activities within geographic area or regional functional activities.
• Develop Disaster Leadership Volunteers and engage communities and partners.
• Prepare communities and mobilize resources for disasters and emergencies.
• Collaborate in a matrix with internal staff and volunteers.
