Solmax is seeking an Engineering Business Manager to develop and execute a strategic plan for geosynthetic VAPs in the designated region. The role is remote with travel and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

You will build long-term customer relationships, lead technical marketing efforts, and coordinate with regional teams to drive growth and profitability through effective campaigns and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, biosystems engineering, other engineering, construction management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering/technical experience within transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, usually within existing state.

Responsabilités

• Build customer relationships for long-term growth and regular support contacts.
• Lead regional technical marketing strategies and ensure execution of the business plan for VAPs.
• Coordinate with Roadway and LCS teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
• Support engineering, project management, and sales in marketing campaigns and training.
• Represent the company at trade shows and develop case studies and promo materials.
