Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across multiple plants, aligning the MOS with Operations and driving safety, quality and productivity improvements.

You will mentor Green Belts, collaborate with Divisional CI, Finance, Training and HR to deploy best practices, and travel up to 70% to support sites. Saputo offers development opportunities and meaningful compensation within a purpose-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Divisional CI manager and Plant Leadership to develop and implement MOS/CI systems.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality, environmental and productivity metrics.
• Mentor and support all Plants CI and Green Belts across the division.
• Design, drive and perform operational analysis of business processes and audit MOS implementation.
