Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada. You will partner with plant leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost, embedding disciplined problem-solving and daily management practices.

You will mentor leadership teams, lead Kaizen events, and scale standard work and GLOS deployment, enabling a stronger CI culture across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing CI/Lean experience.
• Experience leading Lean or CI transformations.

Responsibilities

• Drive CI initiatives across regional manufacturing operations.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Identify performance gaps using data and develop action plans.
• Lead culture shift from project-based to daily disciplined execution.
• Coach teams in Lean tools and problem-solving (5 Why, A3).
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement efforts.
• Develop and sustain standard work and daily management systems.
• Promote standardization of processes and tools across facilities.
• Deliver CI training at regional scale and support GLOS deployment.
• Generate reports, lead meetings, and track CI progress.
