Risus Talent Partners seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean and CI across the Southeast region. This hands-on role partners with plant and regional leadership to standardize practices and drive operational change.

Based in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL with ~75% travel, you will coach teams, implement Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping, and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Proven success leading Lean initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools: Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Standard Work, RCA

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and CI initiatives across the Southeast region.
• Hands-on role in plants; partner with leadership to drive operational change.
• Standardize best practices and coach teams to sustain improvements.
• Build a strong culture of continuous improvement across locations.
